What are Popcorn Coaching conversations?

Feeling stuck and frustrated in life or career? Catch yourself being the victim to your negative inner voice? Do exciting fresh ideas come to you only to fly away as quickly? Navigating life is tricky, especially when we try to do it alone. Time and cost can be barriers and yet what is worth more than our sense of purpose and well-being? Arguably, nothing! Through popcorn conversations we provide the space and time (confidentially & judgment-free) to explore your thoughts from new perspectives so you can move forwards more quickly.

Having hosted coaching sessions in person, on zoom, in-doors and outdoors, we now encourage outdoor 'walky-talky' sessions where possible : Being free from screens, phones, note-pads and four walls allows your thoughts to flourish and your body to benefit from nature. Whether its a casual walk or jog, we want your thoughts to bubble up and feel more meaningful (think popcorn when you add some heat!)
